True city cache. High traffic area, but easy to snatch undetected.
It is tough to set a cache in DC with so much of the property managed by the National Park Service. This cache is in the middle of an area filled with office buildings. Good lunch time cache for locals. The cache is a small tupperware with a pencil and a log.
