This is not the greatest cache in the world - this is a TRIBUTE! (With apologies to Tenacious D)

Some of the brave souls who endured this terrifying ordeal.

A group of cachers met on the morning of June 3, 2006 to enjoy each others' company, devour a pancake breakfast lovingly prepared by ReedMapper & The Tell Family, then embark on a journey that would change their lives forever. A 25 mile trek that would test their strength, endurance, and most of all, their caching abilities. A journey filled with peril, strife, and yes, even terror, as they pedaled their way along the Jordan River Parkway.For seven and a half hours, these brave men, women and children would endure some of the most grueling challenges they would ever face. But face them they did, through heat, dust, and many foxtails picked up by their stockings they rode their way into history.This cache is placed as a tribute to their perilous journey.Please honor their memory by carefully replacing this cache exactly as found so the next pilgrim paying homage may share in the experience. Ride on, O Brave Souls!
