This is a Packed Ammo box with lots of quality stuff, located near Lake Toxaway, NC. This one has been revised to eliminate a river crossings, make all simpler, and to make the cache almost muggle proof. Note. (good swimming available if hot) Night Cachers will miss most of the raw scenic beauty.
Note: This cache should not be done in high water if you want to see the Warden’s falls, which are near the stage .This multi-cache is in one of my favorite areas. Here you will get to experience two little seen waterfalls, while having a lot of fun. Wading sandals might come in handy.
The above coordinates are for finding Part 1. You won’t have to do but about 50 ft of bushwhacking, as there are trails that go everywhere. Trust your coordinates. You will have to rock-hop across a small stream. Here, you will find coordinates hints and directions leading to Part 2 and the final. A total RT walk of about 5.5 miles is required from the east entrance to find and return.
Hope you catch your limit…Surprising, the coords for the final are the best of all locations…
