Everyone loves a road trip. This small cache is located along a National Scenic Byway (see www.byways.org), near a very important and much appreciated facility. The cache in only a short distance from a pull-out and the terrain is relatively flat.
This cache is one of a collection that celebrates the birthday of a most excellent and extraordinary friend of the Shire and geocacher.
You may come across a birthday card for MountainHobbit in this or one of the other "Happy Birthday MountainHobbit" (HBM) caches. If you do, please feel free to add a birthday wish to the card and take it to another one of the HBM caches. And of course, in keeping with hobbit tradition for birthdays, we will expect MountainHobbit to leave us all sorts of fine presents in these caches.
