Meet the Cachers
– Niagara Canada Party!
We had such a GREAT time this past winter meeting with the bunch
of cachers from the Emporium, Pennsylvania area, and we couldn't
pass up the chance to have a get-together for Southern Ontario too!
Due to the size of the room, we will be limiting this event to the
first 75 cachers that sign up.
DATE: August 5, 2006
TIME: 12:00PM Noon
LOCATION: Kimono’s, Welland,
Ontario
SEATS FILLED: ALL
SEATS STILL AVAILABLE: NONE - Event is
Over
The banqet room at Kimono’s has been acquired for the purposes
of a friendly get-together and a chance to meet and greet with your
fellow Geocachers. They feature a lunch buffet special featuring
Chinese and Canadian cuisine and drinks for all ages.
Please meet at Kimono’s at 12:00pm Noon sharp, as not to keep
anybody waiting. Lunch orders will be taken at that time so that we
may all eat together.
Following the luncheon, there will be a draw for some donated
prizes that have been received. Each cacher in attendance will
receive one ticket for the draw. This will be followed by
free-style geocaching! Find the caches that you have left in the
Niagara Region, team up with friends for some fun, meet up with
some geocoin collectors to browse their collections or make a few
trades, or perhaps even share a few more stories at the bar.
As these events often become a gathering place for Travel Bugs,
we do have a system to ensure that the bugs are taken into the
possession of those that are actually interested in moving and
logging the bugs. If you are planning on bringing a bug with you,
please register it in advance so that we can prepare.
Finally, we will also have a goodie bag for each person that
attends.
We look forward to seeing you all on the 5th of August!
SPECIAL THANKS TO:
RockHarder - for your help with the bug
table
Scratch-n-Win - for your prize
donations.
Keystone Cachers - for your prize

Everybody that was in attendance - for
making this a GREAT event!
Attendees came from Southwestern Ontario,
Central Ontario, the GTA, the Niagara Peninsula, New York State and
Pennsylvania!
