Rapids on Greens Creek!!
Well there’s a little bit of fast moving water near the cache location. This being my first cache I have decided to make it a fairly easy find in an area that I have walked, snow shoed, biked, kayaked and canoed around for years.
Greens Creek is a great area in the National Capital Region to explore (or Geocache!).
If you like paddling I strongly recommend trying to paddle this little Creek. It’s best in early spring when the water is a little higher and moving faster! Probably the hardest part is trying to figure out where to launch you boat!
The cache is a 600ml Tupperware container, which contained the following items when placed:
- Logbook & Pencils
- IMAX passes for 2 at the Canadian Museum Of Civilization
- Mini Electronic Quarterback
- LED mini flashlight
- Buddha Statue
- Plastic Cube Puzzle
- Nortel Key Chain
- Rocket Richard Key Chain
- Citronella Wrist Band
- Couple of coins & Pins
The coordinates should be very close to the cache location, it should not be too hard to locate it in this area!!
