It was gone so I moved. The cache is near a small park with a great view of a recreational lake. New water tower as old water tower was only 50% effective because of it's height in relation to the rest of the city. Cache is in an easy place to access but be discreet in retrieving, signing, and putting back. New Coordinates: 43 39.067 N 093 22.046 W
