This cache is located in the Pequannock Watershed. You need a permit to go after this one. Go here for information on how to obtain a permit by mail:

8am-4pm Monday through Friday & 8am-12:30pm on Saturday
I placed this cache along the white trail while on my way to the NNJC Award Winning Cache "Hush, Hush, Sweet Charlotteburg". It's about 150 feet off of the trail. There's no need to overturn anything to find it. If requested, I'll send a spoiler pic if a DNF is logged. I doubt that'll be necessary though.
