Moel y Gamelin is a hill in Denbighshire, North Wales, near thetown of Llangollen. It is a summit of Llantysilio Mountain, at the mountain's eastern end, overlooking the Horseshoe Pass, and reaches an elevation of 577 metres (1,893 ft) above sea level. At its top is a round cairn, of unknown date.
This cache and other similar caches were originally placed by CharlieG0PZO for Radio Amateurs,who are taking part in the "Summits on the Air" programme. As they are hidden on mountain tops they will be of interest to geocachers who are fell walkers.
