Geocache Description:

Answer: To a Woodcutter cache of course!

This is a regular cache off a 4x4 road in the Rincon Valley. This afternoon Trusty Companion wanted to give his jeep a work out. So we headed down to the Rincon Valley to do some caches we haven't done previously. While heading back from Pup's Pleasure (GCVAYV) and Celebrating the Century (GCT400) by Pantanoman we spotted yet another dirt road. The question was posed: Where does this road go anyway? So we headed down or rather up it.

Woodcutter eventually spotted some interesting rocks on a hillside and said, "Does the road go there?" So we drove and turned and eventually came to a cattle guard at 32 04.531 110 37.485 and drove some more. We came to a Y of dirt roads and parked. Then walked.

There is a maze of jeep and other dirt roads out here. We came to the site one way and left another. You can probably go in even differently than we did. If you try and cannot find the correct dirt roads you may email me for further hints. But the GPSr should guide you there.

If you choose to hike in from the paved road or from Pistol Hill Road up the terrain rating considerably.
