This is a good sized cache which should be easy to find.
Station 2 is one of many of the North Star Volunteer Fire Department's stations and is located approximately 4 miles west of the main station. The NSVFD was founded in 1975 and currently serves approximately 25,000 people in an 89.2 square mile area. They also provide mutual aid to several of the local area departments. The NSVFD has 8 full time and 1 part time paid staff and 75 volunteers.
As you seek this cache, please stay within 150 feet of the gravel pad to avoid wondering too far onto private property. The cache is not located in or on the building near the coordinates. Both property owners have given permission for this site.
This cache is new as the original was stolen. It has been relocated nearby and should be easy to find. Please log your visit in the log book and at geocaching.com. Be sure to leave it hidden from view of the parking lot and turn it so the white handle faces away from the parking lot. The coordinates will be updated in a log entry
The cache contains several geo-coins we have collected over the years. Some were originally ours and may have codes to allow you to activate them and track them. Others do not have codes but are unique. Please choose one and save the rest for others to pick up.
