Northside Plunge Traditional Cache

A nano in a muggle rich park Memorial Day through Labor Day.
This is one of those caches that mandates borrowing or renting kids if you don't have your own. It is located in Northside Park in Waynesboro. The park is open dawn 'til dusk. Parking is convenient. Enjoy a game of frizbee golf, have a dip in the pool, picnic in the pavilion, or shoot some hoops while waiting for the right moment to take the plunge.
The cache is wheelchair accessable if the chairperson can manage a few yards of level lawn.
The difficulty rating depends upon time of day, season, cacher experience, etc. It could be anywhere from 2 to 4.5.
No quill and ink are provided, so bring your own. Write small please.
