Park up at coordinates and follow the public footpath sign .Becareful of the terain rabits have made a few holes you can lose a foot in !This cache is part of Cypher7.
The cache is a standard small ammo box inside it contains:
log book and pencil ( in sealable bag)
geocaching rules laminated
Bournesniffy tissues
shoelaces( one pair)
shark light
dolphin ball thing ?
Stress ball ( if you are doing cypher 7 u will need this !)
yo-yo (musical)
led light!
This cache can be done on it's own or part of the Cypher7
Cypher 7 has 7 parts to it ! 6 caches and the mother cache !
each of the six caches have a code or cypher to crack (using the internet)which once solved will give u a three digit number! you need to record EVERTHING on the sheet for further refference. The numbers are needed at the mother cache location and will also give you the mother cache coordinates too ! (this one is going to drive you bonkers !!)

Once you have found the cache i recomend you carry on walking to find a rather nice lake (old gravel pit )
