This multi stage cache located near the Old Boy Scout Camporee site in the Watchung Reservation, Union County NJ. The old scout field and campground ruins are not far from the Deserted Village of Feltville, which is listed on both the State and National Registers of Historic Places.
Enjoy a nice easy hike on the trails with some bushwhacking.
The first stage takes you to the old scout campground ruins. The final cache takes you near the old scout camporee field. The terrain near the final cache site can be little rough in the summer with lots of underbrush, so watch your step.
Please re hide and secure the cache before leaving.
