There was a break-in at the Rally in the Valley Planning Committee Headquarters. Nothing appears to be stolen, so the bandits apparently weren't there for Agent Black's night-vision goggles, Agent Stile's harmonica, Agent Protector's Tools of the Trade, or Agent Daffy's top-secret recipe for chocolate-banana milkshakes. Disturbing nonetheless, it appears this was a theft of intelligence. The crime scene photos show papers strewn about, and each paper seemed to be the same size and had a number inscribed on them. Can you break the case and put the numbers back in order according to how they were originally stacked?
