Geocache Description:

A traditional cache on a small section of the Adlington walk, which is a pleasant walk for adults and children, and not too muddy!

Adlington is next to some great countryside, and just to prove it here's a traditional canister-style cache to locate on a simple but enjoyable walk. Parking is readily available on Huyton Road in Adlington, walking through the industrial estate and on to the public footpath. Alternately, park in Anderton on Bolton Road and approach the cache from the public footpath there.

The cache contains a few bits and bobs:

- Dinosaur Putty for the kids
- An LED keyring
- A small ammonite fossil from Dorset
- A PDSA badge
- Log book & pen

Tree cover can upset GPSr coordinates, so be prepared to use the clue if need be, but this is not a difficult cache to find, so look in the obvious places! If you get stuck, photos (including spoilers) are on Toms website at www.tomsallsorts.com

Enjoy the cache,

Wilf & Tom
