Then you'll need to go to the second waypoint at:

There, find in what year the construction of the battery was completed. The year is: efgh 1903
Finally, go to the real cache at:

E'ee4'e4.eg6
This is the 3rd attempt for this cache. The 2 first ones were muggled as it is a place where locals hang out a lot. The new location is away from muggles.
