This is a one member of the three-part “Dirty Double Crosser Series”. The caches are located on a trail that would be a great short bike or a longer hike. As the name implies, the caches are located at a “crossing”.
This too, could be as close as 0.4 miles.
If you plan to do all three caches, then depending on your starting point, it could be up to a 2.3 mile round trip or as close as 1.5 mile round trip. Or you could attack some from one direction and then attack the rest from another direction. Your choice! The trail has lots of wildlife as I came across 3 deer, 1 muskrat, 1 snake, and 1 big honkin snapping turtle during the hide. Muggles could also be a problem at times.
