team cyclepath: Stopped to check today, no sign of the container or contents, only it's suspension material was left hanging from the branch. I pondered, then decided it was time to archive. This cache is almost 5 years old, by adopting it from Atlanta Gal we gave it 2 more years of life than it would have had. Her original container broke about a year ago so that's when we replaced it with the hand crafted unique container ("fun!" as most people described it). Quite the contrary to most caches' with their stealthy camo, this one was definitely "eye catching" so it's a wonder the container lasted as long as it did before it came up missing. Well in the meantime it brought smiles to plenty of cacher's faces!
So I said a little prayer then held my wire cutters up as I clipped off the cache's former umbilical cord. "Good by little cache, someday we'll see you in cache heaven!"
