You'll be looking for a small pill bottle. BRING YOUR OWN PEN! A walking stick is also recommended. Coordinates may not be accurate because of the canyon and the tree cover. WE SUGGEST USING THE HINT.
Here is how a local historian described this site:
"What you've found is Cedar Mill Falls on Cedar Mill Creek, the site of the mill from which the creek got its name, from which the Cedar Mill community got its name. The mill was built in 1855 by Justis Jones and son John Henry Jones. The waterfall provided the power via an "overshot" wheel. McArthurs' Oregon Geographic Names, p. 183 has a fairly detailed history of Cedar Mill. There is a historic marker on the wooden bridge.

Fair warning: the terrain rating of this cache goes up at least another star or two when it rains. Also, do NOT approach the cache from the east in any weather, unless you like at least a 4-star terrain rating.
