Geocache Description:


I used to travel to and from work along this highway every day. When I started geocaching, I often thought how great it would be to have some caches to search for on my way home. Caches have now been hidden on both sides of this road between Wilson and Kenly, so geocachers may stop and search while traveling in either direction.

When I'm at this location, it's difficult for me to decide whether to "fish or play golf." Parking may be available about 500 feet away from the cache, but the walk along the creek should be refreshing and could provide a great view and some wonderful sounds of nature.

You may have to avoid being glared at by fishermen who could think you are intruding on their favorite fishing spot and you will also need to beware of golfers practicing their short game at the putting green across the road.
