The hike was 5.8 miles(there and back)for us.We used a trail on the
side of graham hill road ,so it may be easier or harder for
you.
The cache has the usual stuff in it with a TB and a Harry Potter
book as the FTF.Cache is at a really cool swimming hole in Henry
Cowell,so a great place for the summer but not for the winter.Be
sure to place cache back exactly as you found it.You can park on
the highway 9 side of the river, but that means crossing the
river(not recommended for small children). If you come in from the
side of the river where the cache is i still wouldn't recommend
small children.Check out other hides in the area before coming to
this cache.
Notes on how to get to the cache(thanks 50):From black guardian
continue down the trail until you come to the river bank..turn
right then follow the riverbank about 90 paces until you see a
fallen tree with a slight but definite curve outwards. Now continue
about 10 paces until you see 2 boulders nesteled toghether between
those 2 boulders you should see a coneshaped rock.Look under the
rock.
