Geocache Description:

The cache is placed along "Greveveien" which is one of the old roads in the Oslo area.

Greveveien was built by Count Herman Wedel Jarlsberg at the start of the 1800's. Jarlsbergs father in law was Peder Anker that built the famous Ankerveien to link his iron mines and mills. Jarlsberg built the Greveveien from Hammeren in Maridalen where Ankerveien ended, to Hakadals Verk which also was an Iron mill.
