Easiest to get to if you part on the side of the road.
Can be a high muggle area
Pen(cil) required
This is a small Motrin bottle trying to disguise itself.
Small coins and like size item can fit in container, but isn't starting with anything.

This is a series of relaxing and/or refreshing areas around the city.
I believe to landscaping changes the city made around this building was a big improvement. Even though this area is very busy, the area where this cache sits is nice and peaceful, espacially if the tinkler is flowing.
