Geocache Description:

There are two spots for parking on the hill climbing out of the valley at Spence Reservoir (Water Valley Highway). This is at the lower one, and has a nice view, and nice smaller cache.

Stop and rest and walk up the 0.2 to the next one or drive, but both spots offer very nice views in the morning or evening. Stay off of the road, as the traffic can be a bit out of control coming over the top. This is a camo cannister. It has been recycled from another site where varmints chewed on it. If it is wet, please let me know and I will replace it. Could be a dangerous area if you stray too far from the car. W/C can't get to hiding are, but can get close.
