Muggles around a lot of the time. They like to park here and talk on their cell phones. The dogs in the fence nearby like to bark at them often especially the muggles posting yard-sell signs.
I placed this so I could keep an eye on it. This neighborhood is situated in what used to be an old field off of Goat Rock road. The field was part of a prominent family's property dating back prior to the Civil War. The family's plantation house still stands within view of the cache and is nestled between Goat Rock road and Summerville road. The house has been re-furbished and modernized, but enough originality was left to keep in within the historical reaches.
