Geocache Description:

Located along the bike trail that parallels the Yampa River, between the Yampa River Botanical Garden and Fetcher Park.

Welcome to Zoe's First Cache!

This cache is dedicated to my niece Zoe, who was born the week this cache was (originally) placed, here in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. This cache was located in the Chuck Lewis State Wildlife Area, south of downtown Steamboat Springs, but was relocated on 7/1/2006 after the state of Colorado began requiring Habitat stamps to enter the area. In the interest of making this cache as easily accessible as possible and not tempting cachers to skirt the law, the cache was moved to another location in Steamboat Springs along the Yampa River. It is situated off the bike path between Fetcher Park and the Yampa River Botanic Park. It is still a quick on/off from Route 40.

Please note that this cache was relocated during summer months and is *believed* to be accessible during the winter, but it will likely be rather slippery and may require some digging in the snow to reach.

The cache itself is a plastic Rubbermaid container; please remember to close the lid tightly! :)

The original cache contents were:
- Log book and pen (DO NOT REMOVE)
- Set of dice
- 4 rubber balls
- Mother Goose story book
- 5 matchbox cars
- 4 U.S. State Quarters
- A wheresgeorge.com dollar bill

Please enjoy your visit to the cache, and take advantage of all that Steamboat has to offer!
