Remote location on a river crossing, when there is water, hence the name of the cache.
Placing this cache was kind-of sad to me because I remember playing at this small river crossing many times over the years. Now its a mostly dry river bed with a couple of small pools of water here and there. I can remember during good years when it was a good fifty feet across and the bottom was just sand and gravel, now its concrete. Also, to my dismay, someone has dumped lots of loads of concrete along the bank. The days of my sister and I wading up the river barefoot looking for arrowheads seem long gone, but we can always hope for those days to return along with the rain. Cache should be easy to find and contains various trade items along with another container already camo'ed for someone else to hide. Watch for SNAKES!!! Iv'e only encountered one kind here and you've guessed it, good ol' rattlesnakes. And if by chance it rains be careful crossing the river.
