Come on out and beat the heat with some Mexican Food and
Geocaching talk!
WHERE: Rosa's Cafe on Judge Ely
Blvd
WHEN: Saturday, July 29th, 2006 @
5:30pm-ish
WHY: This event will be in honor of a visitor,
Moosiegirl, who is coming all the way from the Austin area to
bring us a ton of ammo cans and do some geocaching! If you have
already purchased (paid for) your ammo cans, you will be able to
pick them up here. There will be a bunch of extras that will be
stored at the3defaus' house for sale to GAGA/PBCA members.
MORE REASONS WHY: It is summer time and HOT! Not too much
caching goes on during the summer months. Events like this... easy,
air conditioned, and no snakes to worry about (well maybe...) mare
for a nice way to log a cache for the month of July.
EVEN MORE REASONS WHY: As always, our GAGA events are
informal. This one is no different except we will be discussing
camo techniques and alternative containers. In addition, we will be
discussing "How to create great caches with little or no cost".
YET EVEN MORE REASONS WHY:
PRIZES!!!
PRIZES!!! PRIZES!!!
The Texas Geocachers Association and
CoinsAndPins.com have been
AWESOME and donated to us some prizes for this event. Be ready to
play some kind of silly game to win a great prize!
