Geocache Description:


This series of four caches was hidden with the cyclist in mind. The goal is to tour around the island seeking these four caches and taking in the sights. Cycling around the island should take a little more than half the day on part of the PPJ trail. Driving around should take between one to two hours to find all four caches. The loop is approximately 65Km. Enjoy the island and have fun finding the caches placed at scenic vistas.

DESJARDINSVILLE

This cache will take you to the south side of the island down Desjardinsville Rd. and then down Sikorsky Rd. to a beautiful view of the Ottawa River and Pembroke on the other shore. The cache is a camo 1L peanut butter jar hidden in the rocks. The container is well stocked with lots of stuff.
