York County Geocaching Society

The July 4th Thursdays meeting for the YCGS will be a summer picnic!

This month we will be having our meeting at Kline's Run Park, by the river on Long Level Road.

There is a pavillion right above the parking area, and there are a few charcoal grills at the pavillion.
If for some reason the pavillion is being used, drive around the park.
There are many other areas we can go to that have grills if we need to move. (the pavillion is first come, first serve)
We will try to be there early enough to ensure we get the pavillion. We will be at the above parking coordinates regardless of where the picnic will be.

We will provide our cell #'s later just in case you can't find us! The time for the event will be 6-9 p.m. Thursday July 27th.

There is a playground next to the pavillion, so bring the kids!

We will provide the hotdogs and buns. Please bring something to share!
This is a partial list of needed items...check back to see what is still needed. We will post who is bringing what, so please let us know what you'll bring!

Maya112 - pasta salad, Japanese summer salad & some drinks.
The Beaver - veggie & cheese platters and soda
Blind Squirrels - Something chocolate covered
Ebony & Ivory - Watergate salad and key lime bars.
Mocadeki - Shhhh a little birdie told me they may be bringing POT PIE :^) shhhh
Nanni&PapK57 - Fruit tray, plastic plates, silverware, plastic cups and table covers.
Geometeacher - condiments
The Warner Family - Chips & Fiery Habanero Doritos
Poffgang - Watermellon & Salsa and chips
Brandtgirls - Mystery dessert

We hope to see everyone there! Of course you don't have to be a member of the YCGS to come and join us.
