Who: MVG's Pirates of the Miami Valley Event
When: 10am till 6pm
Where: Caesar Creek State Park (Camping Site 56 Base Camp)
Who's Invited: EVERYONE!
Price: $3 for a parking pass (Event is free)

-Put on a Pirates hat

-Break out the parrot

-See just how many gold coins you can find and

-Let us give you the treasure map as it's time for the MVG Pirates of the Miami Valley
Picnic and it's coming to Caesar Creek State Park.

6pm Firday night
-Hello and welcome to Camping night!

9:30pm -Night Caching begins

11pm
Campfire caching stories and Good night!

10am Saturday
-Hello and Welcome to the Event!
-Geocoin pick up
-Travel Bug Duck Race pick up
-Pick up your event newsletter with all the Cache Waypoints
and Mt Bike Cache points as well as all the things that
will be going on at the event!

11am
-Will still be greeting people

Noon
-GPS Games begin

1pm
-GPS Game (Cont)

2pm
-GPS Game (Cont)

3pm
-Start Eating

4pm
-Kids Events

5pm
-The best Pirate outfit contest

5:30pm
-The Rubber Duckie Race:

-You can buy a Duckie for $5 dollars or 5 for $20
$1 from each duck will goto the Toys for Tots Program
We have 120 Duckies looking to race. The first 10
places in the race will win a prize with the grand
prize winner taking home a new DVD player.

6pm
-Good Bye's, Hugs, Kisses, Great time and leave very
happy with see you next time....

7pm
-Sith Impossible XIX: Caesars Pirates Event at the spillway

10pm
-There is also a meteor shower and the members of the Miami Valley
Astronomy club will be on hand.

We have tons of stuff for the event to hand out for you
to Play and keep and to help bring out the smiles going all day long

What we need is for people to bring a cover dish. Remember to keep the theme in mind.

We will have a ton of BW3 Hot Wings on hand and we will have a
few Tresure chest set up to help keeps things cold as well as some bottled
water and pop.

We do ask that you RSVP in a log with the number in your party ASAP.
Even if your not sure your coming (And if you don't, We will not hold that
against you LOL) That way we can make sure that we do not run out of
things for the people who do come. Thanks in Advance for that

Note: $1 from each duck sold and all the profit from our
web store will goto Toy's for Tots program that we will be
collecting for during the 2006 year.

10 Camping Sites have been taken so far

-12 goodie caches have been set up

-The Food list of side dishes is filling up (Thanks everyone!)

-The Firday Night camper caches have been set up

-The Duckies are here!

-The Travel Bug Duckies are also here

-The Dinner and the Drinks are set up

-Mt Biker cache points have been set up

-SI IX is Ready To go

-The Geo-Coins have been ordered

-We have some stuff set up for the Kiddies

-We may have a Speical Movie showing Friday Night (Here's to Hoping)

-We will have two Doggie Caches set up
