The cache is on private property, placed with permission from
(and at the suggestion of) the property owners. There is, however,
no need to go beyond the wooden gate. Admire the house while you're
here. The owners have been building it with recycled materials.
There is no need to worry about the muggles in the front yard.
In fact, they may even give you a hint if you get stuck.
We ask you to not try this cache at night, so that you don't
disturb the racoons who like to stop by here.
There is a unique First To Find certificate
(number 8 in the series) in the cache.
