Geocache Description:

Simple cache in an as-yet-unsaturated part of town.

This should be an easy one, unless there are lots of shoppers! There is room for small trade items, and the first finder gets an Eye Cacher smashed penny and wooden nickel. I will replace them periodically, and may add a few exclusive geocoins from time to time. Bring your own writing utensil.
