It's a night cache, the special tools are a flashlight or two. Located at the southern end of the UAH campus. No day finds allowed.
This is a night only cache, partly due to the use of bright eyes and mostly due to the area being used as a frisbee golf course, these guys don't yell "Fore" prior to throwing the discs. For safety concerns NO day finds allowed and any attempts will cause a no find.
1st) At the parking coordinates place a sheet of paper on the dash/under the wiper stating that you are geo-caching, a copy of the cache page will work too. I spoke with one of the Capt's and she said he would inform the third shift of the flashlight activity and for them to look for the note.
2nd) Even if open the gate to the start is closed to vehicle traffic.
3rd) From the start location seek the bright eye tacks along the way to reach the smiley at the end. It's partly in the woods so expect the usual suspects: vines, stickers, poison ivy, and what ever else that may go bump in the night.

6/18/2014 Found out that Chief Gayles has retired, I spoke with Capt. Marshall, a female officer, and provided her with info concerning the cache and its location. A parking decal/permit not required as long as you have a copy of the cache page displayed.
