Thanks to Team Ragar for the cache container – I promised I would hide it in the UK, and now I finally have!
Apex Park is a lovely park in Burnham-on-Sea. There is a large car park (off Marine Drive) and toilets, a nice lake with plenty of ducks and swans willing to relieve you of any bread.
The cache is a short walk from the car park; I suggest you follow the paved path around the lake as much as possible, and once you have found the cache you may like to continue the circular walk around the lake; there is a big playground on the opposite side.
I’m assured without kids it only takes 15 minutes to walk around the lake, but I usually have to stop to feed the ducks, stop at each fitness trail point, and of course stop at the playground.
Watch out for the prickly twigs around the cache, but it’s not bad enough to need any special equipment!
Have fun!
