Short, easy hike from parking. Trail head is set back on Route 1 in Saco, next to a business. Beware of killer mosquitoes! ***NOTE: There is a trail head, and clearly marked trails - please, no bushwhacking!!!***
Great place to stop and stretch your legs on a road trip, while taking care of other business. (Hint, hint?) Funny little woods on busy stretch of Route 1. Just past cache, see remains of a concrete dam that once backed up the stream to form a small pond for skating.
Started with various toys and goodies; please trade equally or up.
