30th AMMO CAN. I got this title from a sign that hung on the door to the control room at KOZZ. Bring camera for huge views. Come in the Fall and be blinded by more quaking aspen than you've ever seen. Show up in the evening for a superb sunset behind the Sierra Nevada. ROCK ON, CACHE ON!!!
Trailhead at N39 30.489 W119 57.943 This is a private road that serves as an easement to public lands. As long as you close the gate behind you, coming & going, this is 100% fully legal access to BLM land. Oddly enough about a half mile up the road is the BLM sign saying so.
