A micro container located at the center of Appolonia National Park, Israel.
Appolonia National Park is one of the recent additions to the Israeli National Parks system. Also known as Tel Arshaf, it is located just North of Herzlia Pituah (you can follow the signs from Rabin Interchange on Haifa/Tel-Aviv highway).
This place has an interesting history since it was first inhabited 2,500 years ago. The city prospered during the Roman period, and reached its peak under the Byzantine rule, 1,500 years ago.
The park is open all year round, 9-5. There is an entrance fee, but you should consider the yearly pass, Matmon. Enjoy the weekly tours and activities in the park, some are especially tailored for kids.
The cache is placed near one of the vista points, South of the fortress.
