This cache has been archived.

Sapience Trek: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. Geocache Description:

Beautiful village park location---easy park-n-find

This was the original "Green Tree Cache", placed by a Geocaching 101 class offered by the Town of Orchard Park.
We moved the cache from it's original Yates Park/aka Green Lake Park location.

Although you can almost see the original location, Groundspeak.com tells me it's too far from the original location, so I had to create another, calling it "Green Tree Cache 2" so that the class can track it's progress.

Original contents were a few dollars worth of Orchard Park Quaker Arts Festival tokens, a few kiddie toys, and a logbook.

Today, I see there is a travel-bug cow----so go get 'em.

The new location is an Historical Site---the Old Orchard Park Train Depot, built 1911 by the Buffalo, Rochester and Pittsburg Railway. It was recently restored to it's 1912 grandeur by the WNY Railway & Historical Society.

**IT IS NOT AN ACTIVE RAILROAD---IT'S "HISTORICAL"
