This is a fairly easy offset cache located in a great park in Webster.
Texas Avenue Park is a nice local park with nice landscaping. It is open from 6 AM- 11 PM and includes two baseball diamonds, a covered basketball court, a pavilion, and picnic facilities.
The geocache is not at the above coordinates. The final coordinates are:

ABC= The length of the jogging trail in miles + 6
(Ignoring the decimal)
DEF= The length of the jogging trail in feet - 1,113
