Geocache Description:

This is a short multi cache located in Cann Woods near Boringdon Camp.

Boringdon Camp is an Iron Age fort and is believed to date from 350BC to 150BC. Its name comes from the Saxon 'Burth Y Don' meaning the entrenched place on the hill. It commands fine views over the Plym estuary to the south and the slopes of Dartmoor to the north. It is sited on the crest of the hill between Plym and Tory Brook. It is circular in shape and averaging 160m in diameter and enclosing an area of 2 ha.

Parking is at Cann Woods N50 25.118 W004 02.778 car park, which has parking for up to 30 vehicles and offers designated parking bays for disabled users.
From here you can access the all ability trail to the fascinating Iron Age fort of Boringdon Camp, stroll with your dog along the dedicated dog track or begin the waymarked walking trail which winds its way deep in to the wood.

To find the cache go to the notice board at the above co-ordinates and answer the following questions. The cache is a short walk from the notice board.

1. According to the notice board how many acres does Cann Wood cover, minus 445 equals ABC

2. According to the notice board how many metres above sea level is Boringdon Camp, plus 35 equals DEF
