Welcome to #2 in my math series! I like to introduce new methods of
different types of math problems. So, think outside the box! This
will be a nice challenge to those who like the puzzles. Of course,
the posted coordinates will not take you to the cache (so don't go
there), but within a mile, or two, of the hidden cache.
Similar to Everyday Math, Thinking Math is exactly that. You must
think of and apply different algorithms to the math problems that
you have always done. To solve this problem, you must figure out
the algorithm that I have thought of. However, I'm only borrowing
this algorithm. A friend of mine, who teaches in Anderson, showed
me a different way of subraction, which is from Mexico. The
problems are easy. However, it is not the difference that will help
you with the coordinates. You must apply the method that I've used
to figure out the coordinates. North: 62.811 -40.723 ------- West:
18.752 - 6.843 ------- The coodrinates will start with 39 and 86.
The rest, you must figure out! You will find the log in the obvious
place. Please bring a pencil.
