Located at The Nipple, a peak near Blue Lakes in the Carson Pass Area.
Look for a small Tupperware container located at The Nipple. Take Blue Lakes Road SE off of CA State Route 88 between Carson Pass and Picketts Junction. (The junction of SR 88 and SR 89)Stay on Blue Lakes Road for approximately 10 miles to the point where The Pacific Crest Trail crosses the road. Park here and hike NW on the PCT for about 2.5 miles. Looking to the North, The Nipple is the peak that looks like, well, a nipple. There are many different routes to the top from the PCT but always head for the highest point.
