Permission for this cache has been granted by the parks director. This park/trail is closed from 10pm to 6am, no night cachers please!

Go to the given location and find the coordinates for the final. The numbers may need a little 'decoding' but it shouldn't be too hard. There is a tool that could make a little easier but it isn't required.

This should be pretty easy to find, both parts are right off a nice level and paved bike/walking trail. I hope you take some time to enjoy the animals of the area and the 'skyline'.
