Drive to the top of Catlin Ave. Stop and park when you reach a chained gate. Then walk up the grassy road at 41 49.096N 078 16.542W. The parking area and the road are about 20 feet away. Avoid the house and paved driveway to the left of the road. Stay to the left of the fence. The cache is down over the bank a little ways.
The cache is located around one of Port Allegany's most necessary resources....water, and is stocked with lotto tickets. Please bring a new unused lotto to trade or take nothing if you don't plan to leave a ticket. Good Luck and Happy Cashing!
