Somewhere over the Weir Multi-Cache

THE CACHE IN NOT AT THE ABOVE CO-ORDINATES
(The cache is NOT IN TOWN IT IS OUT PAST TEDDINGTON WEIR). Several caches were on the way to the weir, they may or may not still be in use.
Go to the above co-ordinates to find the answers to the 2 questions that will lead you to the cache. The co-ordinates are for the entrance to the park not the cache. You have to look for the clues. It is quite easy, really.
Question 1.
Find the plaque and the year it was erected in memorial to Andrew Melville _ _ _ _
Question 2.
Look for the BIG bit of metal that points towards the water, on this deadly device you will find a manufacturer’s or model number, above the number is
5? BL II.III.IV. (This clue will help you find the correct number). The first number is 4 the second and third number you will have to find. Nº 4 _ _.

Now subtract 1583 (from question 1) _ _ _ =A
Now subtract 221 (from question 2) _ _ _ =B
The cache is hidden at S25º39._ _ _ (answer to A)
E152º40._ _ _ (answer to B)
Nearby is a small car park and a lovely short bushwalk. The cache is in a short length of PVC pipe with a screw top on one end.
After you have found the cache check out the big picnic area beside the creek.
