This is the first cache in Hailuoto. Cache is located in west side of Hailuoto island. You can drive to cache by car. Ferry to Hailuoto is free of charge.

Hailuoto on Perämeren suurin saari, kooltaan lähes 200 neliökilometriä. Hailuodolla on paljon nähtävää ja koettavaa. Lauttamatka joka kestää 25 minuuttia on jo itsessään kokemisen arvoinen. Talvella lautta kulkee jäissä kuin jäänmurtaja konsanaan. Talvisin luodolle pääsee myös jäätietä pitkin.
Marjaniemen majakka, kalastajakylä ja tuulivoimalat sekä tietenkin upeat rannat ja maisemat kuuluvat useimpien Hailuodossa matkailevien ykköskohteisiin.

Hailuoto is the biggest island in the Bothnian Bay. There is lots to see. Ferry from Oulunsalo to Hailuoto takes 25 minutes that is also very interesting. In the winter you can drive to Hailuoto by ice road.
Many of travelers go to see Marjaniemi's lighthouse, fishers village, windmills and of course very nice beach.
