Geocache Description:

Easy nearby parking, short walk through weeds, stickers, and the likes… and BINGO! Access is 24 hours. Watch your step. No slithering friends, ticks, or hazardous oak were seen at the site but beware.

July 15, 2005 marked the beginning of the Orangevale Caching Gang or (O.C.G.). A gang of “Jeo”, “Casas”, “Mc5”, “Jim&Jackie”, “Brave Sir Robin”, and “TRAKD” all met up for an evening of fun and frivolity. Little did we know that during that evening we would break laws (“Fishing at Cacheland”), put the O in “Obsession” (The Matrix), and forge a bond that has grown throughout the year. Since then we changed the name of the O.C.G. to the Obsessed Caching Group to better represent the membership. We have added a few new members since that fateful evening “Wetpaws”, “Scoobert”, “da_schippers”, “-40-”, and “Salmon Falls Widow” who have all proven their “Obsession” to the game of JEOcaching.

Please enjoy our token of thanks to the Northern California JEOcaching community and JEOcaching in general. The cache is an ammo can and has many signature O.C.G. items. Please trade accordingly and as always replace the cache back where you found it.

Always remember that “where half the fun is not acting our age” and everyone is welcome and invited to join in our night time games.
