Downtown Salem, park in parking lot east of your initial readings.
This cache is primarily for travel bugs. Please feel free to take one, I only ask that if you take more than one you leave one. This will allow for others to enjoy the use of travel bugs.
It is a medium size container and had three guests when it opened. You shouldn't have any trouble finding this without any hints.
